Tackling climate change is a win-win situation - Baker12.00.00am UTC (GMT +0000) Thu 3rd Feb 2005
Welcoming the publication of a Dutch report on the economic implications of tackling climate change, Liberal Democrat Shadow Secretary of State for the Environment, Norman Baker MP said: "To the dwindling band of sceptics who still say climate change is not happening, I say what do we lose by making energy use more efficient, by cutting emissions from cars, by cutting emissions from industry? We gain healthier places to live, a cleaner planet, and more efficient energy production."
